Job description:

The purpose of this role is to coordinate sales activities and follows ups, providing a fast response to distributors and client requests on behalf of the International Sales Team. 

 Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales activities, follow ups

  • Provide fast response to sales team, distributors and clients requests

  • Develop sales materials

  • Conduct market and clients research

  • Coordinate calls and meetings

  • Assist with webinars and events

  • Monitor team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements

  • Updating the CRM database

  • Creating key documents for clients such as NDAs

  • Creating high quality follow up correspondence (letters and emails) for clients

 

Qualifications
  • Circa 3+ years' experience in similar role or other sales related role

  • Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Fluent English speaker

  • Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT, google- full control

Advantage: Agriculture sales/background, Spanish/Arabic speaker

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Job title: Executive Assistant to MD

Location: Uk Head Office

Job type: Full time

Job description:

As an Executive Assistant you will support the Managing Director in the day-to-day and strategic activities

· Prepare quarterly and annual investor reports and presentations

· Ensure weekly, monthly and quarterly department progress and budget reports are prepared

· Collate internal data in order to produce and update sales, operations and financial dashboards

· Organise and execute periodic team and company meetings

· Update the company business plan

· Prepare materials for meetings and provide post-meeting follow-up notes

· Manage the MD diary, meetings and travel arrangements & itinerary

· Source and lead the onboarding of newly hired professionals together with the CEO and Heads of Departments

· Ensure the follow up on minutes from department and company meetings

· Support the funding plan of the company

· Prepare and coordinate board meetings

· Manage the MD’s social media

· Ad hoc projects, activities and market research per MD requests

· Report to the MD directly

Skills & Competencies

Must

· Highly self-motivated, confident, dedicated and practical

· Ability to be proactive and take the initiative

· Organized accurate and reliable team player

· Strong communications skills written and verbal

· Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workloads

· Previous operations and/or finance experience

· Technical skills to include Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, LinkedIn

· A minimum of 2+ years as an Executive Assistant at Director or Senior Exec level, or as an Operations Manager

· English proficiency

· Lives up to 30 mins from the head office (WD6)

 

Advantage

· Experience of diary management and arranging international travel and conference calls

· Working experience in an international team

· Event management experience

· Previous experience of working with CRM and ERP systems

· Spanish proficiency
