for purchasing a great water treatment solution from ALVÁ TECH.
This warranty applies only to equipment that is purchased from ALVÁ TECH LIMITED (the “Company”) and/or a registered Company distributor or free agent (the “Seller”).
The warranty is not valid for accessories such as batteries and solar panels;
The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship. It is limited to the replacement of the defective part after it has been checked by the Seller and approved by the Company.
This warranty is between the Company and the Client. The Company is not responsible for any warranty given directly by the Seller or other 3rd parties.
How to register and activate your warranty?
It is the responsibility of the Seller to register the client for warranty by emailing the full details required by the Company to email@example.com, within 30 days of delivery date of the product to the client, to ensure validation of the warranty. The warranty will be sent via email by the Company. The Seller is responsible to confirm receipt of the warranty by the client to Company via email.
How long does the coverage last?
The equipment is warranted for a period of 5 years from the date it was received by the client. The Seller should update the Company on the above date so the warranty can be activated.
The warranty will not apply in the following cases:
The warranty was not registered and approved by the Company. (Please refer to How to register your warranty);
If, prior to installation, the equipment was not stored with the necessary precautions to protect it;
If the installation and commissioning instructions were not followed;
If the installation is non-compliant (incomplete or defective);
If the voltage of the supply and the device are incompatible;
If the equipment is not used for the normal use specified in the Seller's technical documentation;
If the equipment has suffered a deterioration or an accident resulting from negligence, or lack of supervision;
If the equipment has undergone modification or intervention by anyone that was not authorized by the Seller and the Company;
If the incident results from atmospheric or electrical external causes such as lightning, over or under voltage, ground fault, etc.;
How to return defective equipment?
The equipment should be returned to the Company, via the Seller.
Prior to returning the equipment the client must inform the company on the expected return, directly or via the Seller and receive a written confirmation from the Company to proceed with the process.
Shipment of the equipment will be at the client’s expense and the client will be reimbursed (subject to proof of expense, receipt) from the partial/ or full amount of shipment after the Company’s approval.
Any return of equipment is subject to inspection, after which the Company will inform the client of its decision. In case of defects in materials or workmanship, the Company will provide the client with a new device.
Limitation of Liability
Any liability other than the applicable warranty conditions mentioned in this warranty is excluded. The Company will not be held liable for direct, indirect, immediate, or consequential damages resulting from delayed delivery, use of the equipment before it arrives to the client without the Company’s knowledge and approval.
If the client is late in collecting equipment from the Seller, a surcharge for additional expenses (storage costs, handling charges, etc.) might occur.
This Agreement and all transactions contemplated hereby, are legally binding and shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with, English law. The English Courts will have sole and exclusive jurisdiction to determinate any disputes which have arisen or may arise out of, or in connection with arising here from.
